Map a Drive

Please ask your manager, make sure you have access to the drive.

To access your new media drive, please follow the steps below.

1. Copy and paste the website IP in the browser and it should bring a dialog box to login.
2. Use your mac id as the username and temporary password. The system will prompt to set a new password.
3. Setup a new password of atleast 10 characters with atleast 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and 1 number.
4. After the password is set, follow the steps below.

Map a network drive to get to it from File Explorer in Windows without having to look for it or type its network address each time.

• 1. Open File Explorer from the taskbar or the Start  menu, or press the Windows logo key  + E.
• 2. Select This PC from the left pane. Then, on the Computer tab, select Map network drive. 

• 3. In the Drive list, select a drive letter. (Any available letter will do.)
• 4. In the Folder box, type the path (will be provided) To connect every time you log on to your PC, select the Reconnect at sign-in check box and also check the Connect using different credentials box.
• 5. Select Finish.
• 6. In the dialog box, type “./yourmacid” and use the password that you set in the steps above.
